Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist. This role is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to gift cards, accounts, and payment issues through both phone and email support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-volume support environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and can efficiently navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive customer experience. This role is similar to a call center or BPO customer support position, where agents are expected to manage a steady stream of customer inquiries while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

<h3>A. Production Engineering (Cloud &amp; DevOps)</h3>

	<li>Zero-Touch Provisioning: Abolish manual laptop setup. Implement MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, or Kandji) so that new hardware configures itself automatically upon unboxing.</li>
	<li>Identity Automation: Treat Identity as the new perimeter. Manage Azure AD / Entra ID programmatically. Automate onboarding/offboarding via scripts (e.g., auto-provisioning Email, Slack, and Cloud access).</li>
	<li>Network Reliability: Manage office networking (Firewalls, VPNs) using configuration management rather than manual GUI clicking. We also expect you to optimize network performance, and perform network analysis and capacity planning.</li>
	<li>Self-Service Implementation: Build or configure tools that allow users to reset their own passwords, request software access, or troubleshoot common issues without human intervention.</li>

Cloud & System Engineer

<h2>Overview:</h2>

We are looking for a backend engineer who designs systems intentionally and uses AI-assisted development as a productivity tool and not as a replacement for engineering judgment.

Our primary backend stack is Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS. However, this role requires engineers who can adapt beyond a single stack when working with existing systems or client constraints (e.g. Python, Java).

You will work on client-facing backend systems where correctness, maintainability, and ownership matter. We also expect engineers to contribute to the team and company, not only through code, but through ideas, learning, and shared responsibility.
