	<li>Review and process physician and NP orders in multiple EHR systems.</li>
	<li>Enter and track orders across skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and home health agencies (HHAs).</li>
	<li>Verify order execution and follow up on completion.</li>
	<li>Act as primary nursing contact for order-related communications.</li>
	<li>Clarify orders with physicians as needed.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with Telehealth Care Coordinators to align orders with patient care plans.</li>

	<li>Carries out physician orders.</li>
	<li>Maintain accuracy and completeness of patient's medical record</li>
