Job Responsibilities

1. Build and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals 
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for technical roles 
3. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals 
4. Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, culture fit, and salary expectations 
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback 
6. Analyze hiring metrics and report on recruitment pipeline progress 
7. Guide candidates through the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding 
8. Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

The Corporate Recruitment Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day recruitment operations at My Mountain Mover (MMM). This role focuses on executing recruitment strategies, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

<ul>
	<li>Manage sourcing channels and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Salesforce to identify potential candidates.</li>
	<li>Screen resumes, evaluate Predictive Index profiles, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.</li>
</ul>

Interview Process Coordination:

<ul>
	<li>Schedule and conduct the initial interview with candidates and provide interview feedback.</li>
	<li>Coordinate subsequent interview stages, including endorsements to hiring managers and final interviews with executive leadership.</li>
</ul>

Systems and Background Checks:

<ul>
	<li>Coordinate with R&amp;S Compliance Specialist and IT to conduct systems and background checks.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with MMM’s internal standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>

Stakeholder Communication:

<ul>
	<li>Regularly update stakeholders, including hiring managers and executives, on recruitment status and candidate progress.</li>
	<li>Provide timely feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process.</li>
</ul>

Tracking and Reporting:

<ul>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions within the recruitment tracking system.</li>
	<li>Utilize the Sourcing &amp; Endorsement Tracker and Salesforce to manage productivity and progress.</li>
