We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Home-Based Online English Instructors to be part of our growing team!

Part time schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM–6:30 PM or 6:00PM–9:00PM

No experience? No problem! 
All qualified applicants will undergo a comprehensive four-week online training 
before starting.

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (via Zoom) 
Paid Training: PHP 200–250/day (released upon passing the evaluation)

Responsibilities:

PT Compensation &amp; Benefits:

	<li>Starting hourly rate: PHP 160.00 - PHP 140.00/hr with or without students.</li>
	<li>Maximum of PHP 180.00

		<li>Hourly rate range can be increased depending on the results of the quarterly performance evaluation.</li>

	<li>If your productivity is between 70%-79%, you'll receive an extra PHP 500.00.</li>

Role and Opportunity 

Your new role is to effectively pass the training within the given timeframe and be able to provide outstanding bookkeeping services to help our clients manage their financial affairs.

Purpose

As a Bookkeeper, you will:

	<li>Record financial transactions through our clients’ bookkeeping systems</li>
	<li>Assist the supervisors or managers in producing financial reports</li>
	<li>Process financial documents as needed by the clients.</li>

As a Bookkeeper, your daily tasks may include:

	<li>Prepare and lodge Business (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) to the ATO</li>
	<li>Process payroll, including payroll file payment and bank uploads</li>
	<li>Process expense claims and reimbursements</li>
	<li>Reconcile payroll and superannuation accounts</li>
	<li>Assist with the month-end accounting process, including Payroll and Accounts Payable journals</li>
