Role Overview

At Leaf, the Graphic Designer plays a key role within the Creative team, delivering high-performing ad creatives and supporting internal brand initiatives.

This role is split across two main areas:

Creative Services (Client work) – designing high-converting ad creatives

Internal Projects – supporting marketing, brand, and company initiatives

You will act as a Creative Lead for a portfolio of clients, owning the end-to-end creative process—from research and ideation to execution and client presentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Services (Client Work)

Lead the creative execution for assigned client accounts

Translate campaign briefs into high-converting ad creatives

Conduct research &amp; analysis:

Review performance data (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, internal reports)

Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities

Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives

Design assets using:

Figma (primary tool)

Adobe Suite (for asset preparation, motion, and video editing)

Present concepts and final creatives to:

Internal Creative team

Performance Marketing team

Clients (acting as main creative point of contact)

Manage feedback cycles and ensure timely delivery

Deliver final, approved assets ready for campaign launch

Maintain and update:

Client documentation (“Client Cards”)

Creative testing insights and learnings

Track time spent across projects

Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing to analyse results and identify opportunities

2. Internal Creative &amp; Marketing Projects

Support internal teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.) with:

Website design

Social content

Slide decks &amp; presentations

Video and podcast editing

Blog and brand assets

Contribute to:

Company OKRs

Process improvements

Internal branding and visual identity

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and follow defined project workflows

3. Collaboration &amp; Communication

Work as much as possible in UK hours to be aligned with clients and team members

Manage tasks via tools like Notion, Slack, and email

Maintain clear and proactive communication with:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support while leveraging your expertise in Shopify, ecommerce, logistics, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

	<li>Utilize expert knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce platforms to assist customers with their online shopping experience, order placement, and product inquiries.</li>
	<li>Handle customer inquiries and concerns through various channels, including phone calls, live chat, emails.</li>
	<li>Provide accurate, timely information to customers regarding order status, shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and seamless order processing and delivery.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, always demonstrating empathy and professionalism.</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and work closely with the management team to implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.</li>

Requirements:

	<li>Proven experience (2+ years) as a Customer Service Representative or similar role, in an E-commerce or online retail environment.</li>
	<li>In-depth knowledge of Shopify and other ecommerce platforms, including order management, inventory control, and payment processing.</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, with the ability to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.</li>
	<li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li>
	<li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions.</li>
	<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.</li>
	<li>Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.</li>
	<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.</li>
	<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up with customers.</li>

Education and Experience:
