We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Sourcing Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring seamless operations and enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. This unique role combines traditional executive assistant duties with research and sourcing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and able to use executive reasoning to identify and select targeted LinkedIn profiles for networking, recruitment, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

	<li>Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.</li>
	<li>Draft and respond to emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.</li>
	<li>Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in an easily accessible manner.</li>

Research &amp; Targeting:

	<li>Identify and select relevant LinkedIn profiles based on specified criteria, demonstrating critical thinking and business acumen.</li>
	<li>Utilize logic and executive reasoning to source profiles for networking, recruitment, and other business needs.</li>
</ul>

Project Coordination:

<ul>
	<li>Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.</li>
	<li>Prepare and present reports, summaries, and key metrics for executive review.</li>
</ul>

Relationship Management:

	<li>Serve as a point of contact between the executive, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth communication and relationship-building.</li>
