Profile Overview:

This role involves managing regional customer relationships, addressing queries, and driving business growth through proactive lead generation and conversion. The candidate will focus on upselling to existing customers, handling escalations, and recommending product improvements. 

Regular regional travel is required to align business operations with local needs and strengthen customer engagement. Collaborating with the marketing team, they will develop campaigns, expand the prospect database, and generate new business opportunities to exceed sales targets. 

Additionally, the role demands timely reporting to the Line Manager and a strategic approach to business development, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction in the region.

Responsibilities:

Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.

Cold calls into prospects are generated by a variety of outside sources.

Profile strategic accounts identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Schedule appointments and demos of eZee Products/Services.

Occasionally visit local properties to demonstrate our SAAS.

Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.

Prepare reports by collecting sales information and statistics.

About the Success Operations Team

The Success Operations team is part of the Commercial Operations group, drives Thumbtack’s growth through the External Sales and Success team events. They are a tight-knit group charged with helping to drive Demand and Supply growth for both sides of our marketplace. About the Role

As an Events Specialist focused on Sales, Success and Partnerships, you’ll be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing external facing events that drive Demand and Supply growth and strengthen strategic partnerships for Thumbtack. You will help to support our events strategy by facilitating external in-person connections for Thumbtack employees and clients through memorable in-person events, including our many conference events held across the US. You will collaborate with Sales, Success, Produce and Partnership teams to understand their goals and deliver events that generate leads, nurture relationships, and enhance Thumbtack’s brand presence. You’ll be a proactive organizer and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, bringing creative solutions and scalable strategies to event planning. 

What you’ll do:

	<li>Event Planning &amp; Execution: Support and execute end-to-end event plans for attendees, including conferences, workshops, partner summits, and client meetings.</li>

	<li>AI-enabled workflow design: Build and improve repeatable AI-supported workflows for event planning, communications, budget tracking, vendor evaluation, attendee management, and post-event reporting</li>

Responsible for managing Regional current customers and understand their queries.

Proactively generate local Leads and follow up with HOT &amp; WARM leads to convert into the business.
