Daily Research Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Ensure all content sets for Chorus are programmed on a detailed global delivery plan.</li>
	<li>Management of bugs and rationalize for the Development team</li>
	<li>Ensure all content sets are published on time to plan.</li>
	<li>Escalate any issues within the content delivery plans or workflows to ensure deadlines are met.</li>
	<li>Perform quality checks and audits as necessary.</li>
	<li>Information required for content updates, including Uniclass is produced and accompanies each content update.</li>
	<li>Ensure the classification databases are kept up to date and maintained.</li>

Job Responsibilities:

<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
	<li>Maintain and oversee the data coming through from web harvesters &amp; scrapers</li>
	<li>Report any issues to relevant stakeholders</li>
	<li>Tidy up data after it has been scraped from the harvesters – including inputting headings, categories</li>
	<li>Read through planning documentation and ensure all materials from different statements are inputted onto the project</li>
	<li>Deduplicate companies and contacts on projects</li>
	<li>Ensure data is cleansed within the appropriate turn around time</li>
	<li>Update and ensure ongoing validity and quality of leads &amp; projects through the system</li>
	<li>Database management</li>
	<li>Handle inbound client enquiries within given time frames</li>
	<li>Ability to explain BCI/Glenigan to contacts within the industry when questioned</li>
	<li>Other ad hoc Special Projects as required</li>
	<li>Uphold BCI’s company philosophies &amp; corporate mission</li>
	<li>Maintain individual Occupational Health &amp; Safety (OHS) responsibilities at all times</li>
