<p>We are seeking an incredibly detail-oriented and organized Contract Specialist to join our Finance-Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, managing, organizing, and maintaining the company's financial and operational documents.  This role is pivotal in maintaining solid customer relationships specifically from a commercial-transactional perspective centered around our service agreements.  The role is crucial in ensuring that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.</p>

<p>Job Description</p>

<ul>
	<li>Leveraging cloud applications to create, manage, store, and maintain company financial and operational documentation.</li>
	<li>Drafting and reviewing contracts and other organizational documents; </li>
	<li>Compile all initial assessments, special instructions, and manage internal/external correspondence.</li>
	<li>Tracking contract milestones, deadlines, and correspondence with all parties.</li>
	<li>Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
	<li>Standardizing formats and templates, implementing version control and document archiving.</li>
	<li>Follow a basic contract lifecycle process for client service agreements, amendments, and variations.</li>
	<li>Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, providing feedback for all documentation requirements.</li>
	<li>Tactfully facilitate contract negotiation.</li>
	<li>Routinely generate and run accurate reports.</li>
	<li>Coordinate implementation of client setup requirements by reviewing them with internal stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Work alongside Business Development to maintain product-pricing-terms data is complete, accurate and up-to-date.</li>
	<li>Prove you have read this thoroughly and provide your favorite netflix series with your application.</li>
	<li>Work with organizational groups to ensure consistency of excellent documentation practice across the company.</li>
