About the role:

Jr. Service Associate in Maxima plays an important role in ensuring that all requests related to service assistance and customer care tickets are prepared and completed. In this role, initial assignment will include the following:

<ul>
	<li>Validate requests and create service job orders</li>
	<li>Process Service documents needed to execute and close service job orders</li>
	<li>Endorse service job orders to service advisors</li>
