Role: ISA

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Call and engage leads to schedule appointments with clients</li>
	<li>Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects until appointments are set</li>
	<li>Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from potential clients</li>
	<li>Follow scripts to deliver value and handle objections effectively</li>
	<li>Update CRM with accurate and timely client interaction details</li>
	<li>Coordinate and manage appointment calendars</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Persuasive communicator who thrives on building connections</li>
	<li>Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)</li>
	<li>Confident in phone calls and comfortable using call scripts</li>
	<li>Strong customer service mindset with active listening skills</li>
	<li>Persuasive, resilient, and goal-driven personality</li>
	<li>Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups and schedules</li>
	<li>Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer support</li>

Appointment Setter

Role: Transaction Backer

Ensure smooth and timely real estate transactions. This role is crucial for keeping everything organized from contract to closing.

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.</li>
	<li>Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.</li>
	<li>Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.</li>
	<li>Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.</li>
	<li>Coordinate moving/possession schedules.</li>
	<li>Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.</li>
	<li>Enter all client information into the client database.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.</li>
	<li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li>
	<li>Highly detail-oriented</li>
	<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
	<li>Strong coordination and scheduling skills.</li>
	<li>Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li>
</ul>
