Tahap 1 : Live algorithm test, dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal. Pastikan pelamar menyiapkan laptop/pc dan koneksi internet yang baik untuk video-conferece call. Test dalam bentuk test basic algoritma, bahasa pemrograman bebas.

Tahap 2 : Interview

Setelah lulus interview, calon programmer akan menjalani :

	<li>Tahap On Job Training (OJT) selama 2 minggu sebagai perkenalan kantor dan tugas. Lokasi OJT di Kantor Pusat Akhdani di Bandung. Mohon diperhatikan selama OJT Akhdani hanya memberikan uang saku</li>
	<li>Tahap Probation. Masa percobaan calon programmer Akhdani untuk memastikan kesesuaian kapasitas kerja, adaptasi, kemampuan belajar dan kecocokan culture untuk bekerja di Akhdani. Durasi probation adalah 3 bulan setelah OJT.</li>
	<li>Evaluasi. Review atas hasil kerja selama masa probation. Dilanjutkan dengan kontrak kerja bagi yang lolos probation.</li>
