We are looking for a highly agile and proactive Assistant Team Leader for our Multimedia Artist team. The ideal candidate is both a strong individual contributor and an emerging leader who can mentor and manage Multimedia Artists, manage workloads, and help ensure high-quality and timely multimedia delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years solid experience in 2D animation and/or graphic design (Multimedia Arts) who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities involving people management, team development, operational coordination, and issue resolution.

The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing creative production work with leadership and coordination responsibilities.

<ul>
	<li>Lead and support a team of Multimedia Artists.</li>
	<li>Provide formal people management, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members.</li>
	<li>Help grow the technical and soft skills of Multimedia Artists through feedback, training, and structured guidance.</li>
	<li>Provide creative direction to design and animation tasks, as needed.</li>
	<li>Perform design and animation quality control checks.</li>
	<li>Assist in workload planning, traffic management, and balancing of resources across accounts.</li>
	<li>Own and help resolve internal and external escalations in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.</li>
	<li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and output quality.</li>
	<li>Participate in creative production work such as but not limited to:

We are seeking a Marketing Designer who will help us take digital marketing design and user experience to the next level.

As a Marketing Designer, you are expected to:

	<li>Focus on company websites, single landing pages, print advertising, sales presentations, event collateral, email marketing campaigns, and social media ads.</li>
	<li>Work independently and collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop creative, innovative ideas that promote our brand and enhance our clients' experience.</li>
	<li>Be able to articulate concepts and projects internally and with clients (if necessary)</li>
	<li>Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud software and know a great deal of the tools that the software provides, to create, edit, and compose your design concepts/comps.</li>
	<li>Have good background knowledge of HTML, keeping in mind how your designs can be translated into full, working, viewable pages</li>
	<li>Know a great deal of photo editing and manipulation in Adobe Photoshop.</li>
	<li>Know how to recreate designs from scratch (anywhere from PDF files sent over by the client to basic layouts in GIF or JPEG formats)</li>
	<li>Expertise in branding and logo creation</li>
	<li>Have some knowledge in using vector programs like Illustrator for the creation of maps, logos or other collateral that may be required in high resolution.</li>
	<li>Have a working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, storyboarding and basic video editing/animation</li>
	<li>Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tips, and tricks</li>
