We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our client’s team. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and adept at navigating both strategic and day-to-day administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Provide high-level administrative support, including:

		<li>Managing complex calendars</li>
		<li>Booking travel arrangements and restaurant reservations</li>
		<li>Coordinating events and team processes</li>
		<li>Processing expenses in a timely manner</li>
		<li>Drafting and managing correspondence</li>
		<li>Providing regular updates on in-flight projects</li>

	<li>Develop a strong understanding of our client's operations and reflect its professionalism and charisma in written communications, especially with external stakeholders.</li>

	<li>Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.</li>
