Mentoring:

	<li>The Mentor agrees to render all mentoring hours and responsibilities for the specific program they are mentoring in.</li>
</ul>

Learning Experience Design (LXD) Support:

<ul>
	<li>The Mentor, when needed or applicable, agrees to double-checking of LX materials for quality assurance purposes.</li>
	<li>The Mentor agrees to complete all the forms needed by Eskwelabs Operations team for the improvement of the learning experience.</li>
</ul>

Judging Support:

<ul>
	<li>The Mentor will serve as judges for sprint or project presentations. (If needed, if applicable)</li>
</ul>

Learner Support:

<ul>
	<li>The Mentor agrees to complete all the forms needed by Eskwelabs Operations team for the fulfillment of learner insights, observations, red flags, observations.</li>
	<li>The Mentor agrees to complete all the requirements of Eskwelabs Operations team in the form of attending debriefings and other meetings stated by Eskwelabs Operations team.</li>

	<li>Eksekusi rencana untuk klien yang ada dan akan hadir di kelas master</li>

Hari Kerja :

	<li>Harus bisa bekerja di Akhir Pekan (Sepenuhnya)</li>
