NGP Integrated Marketing Communications

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li> Create and design graphics for digital and print media. This includes ads, social media posts, websites, and marketing materials.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the digital team to understand project requirements and transform concepts into engaging visual designs.</li>
	<li>Ensure a consistent visual style across all platforms, aligning designs with the brand's identity and goals.</li>
	<li>Produce high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards.</li>
	<li>Keep up with design trends and best practices to create on-brand, creative graphics.</li>
</ul>

Graphic Artist

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with Team Leads/ Managers in developing digital plans, strategies, and cross-team workflows for various clients/ brands by contributing insights via social media listening/ researching, among others</li>
	<li>Collaborate with Team Leads/ Managers in assessing and implementing timelines for content development projects – making sure all content outputs are delivered on time for each brand page</li>
	<li>Collaborate with content creators/ videographers/ video editors for TikTok/ Reels content development projects (mostly on-site work)</li>
	<li>Create a personalized and positive working relationship with various stakeholders involved in content production especially external supplier, freelancers, and interns</li>
	<li>Collaborate with assigned internal/ external copywriters (which may vary per project) in developing content outlines, post captions, scripts and others</li>
	<li>Collaborate with external graphic designers (which may vary per project) in developing content artworks, videos, and other</li>
	<li>Hold team ideation sessions for content development projects and ensure agreements across team members on content items that will be produced</li>
	<li>Develop intuitive habits to do social listening and industry research to contribute in digital strategies for each brands/ industries – immerse yourself in social media trends, digital landscape, industry discussions, best practices, etc</li>
	<li>Seek necessary approvals from Team Leads/ Managers for all developed content prior to submission/ publishing</li>
</ul>

Community Management

<ul>
	<li>Prepare content calendars for all assigned brand pages – recommend posting schedules, placements, formats, and others</li>
	<li>Develop and implement content plans and response protocols in key social media platforms</li>
	<li>Recommend community management tools that might enhance the team’s capabilities</li>
	<li>Monitor and analyze data and analytics from key social media platforms</li>
	<li>Prepare social media reports with ample insights and recommendations on how to improve</li>
	<li>Join meetings with clients/ brands as assigned by the team leads/ managers</li>
	<li>To perform other tasks assigned by Management</li>
</ul>

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in conducting comprehensive market research activities, including target segmentation analysis, market sizing, competitor analysis, and other in-depth research tasks. This role requires the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data, providing actionable insights on specific market topics. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and fluently in business English, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage. 
 
Responsibilities

	<li class="text-justify">Perform quantitative market sizing exercises, including TAM/SAM/SOM estimations.</li>

	<li class="text-justify">Analyze data and present insights and recommendations in PowerPoint or Word documents.</li>
