As a Brand Activation Associate, you will have a chance to bring the impact of Kalibrr to real life. You will be responsible for managing various Kalibrr external events and partnership engagement that aimed to increase brand awareness of Kalibrr itself. Therefore, this would be a perfect chance for you to improve your skills.

Your main task and responsibilities in this role would be:

<ul>
	<li>Sourcing, negotiating and assessing activation deals for Kalibrr</li>
	<li>Managing Kalibrr's events for clients; government, state own enterprise, multinational/ private owned company</li>
	<li>Managing all external/internal events for Kalibrr -held by either Kalibrr itself or external parties- from start to finish.</li>
	<li>Make sure that Kalibrr hit the partnership goals</li>
	<li>Make sure Kalibrr's brand awareness is increase to event activations and fruitful partnership</li>
</ul>

Brand Activation Associate

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)

<ul>
	<li>Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Search, PMax, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu.</li>
	<li>Manage social media content calendars including copywriting, scheduling, and community engagement.</li>
	<li>Conduct monthly performance reporting, highlighting insights, optimisation opportunities, and recommendations.</li>
	<li>Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research and competitor analysis.</li>
	<li>Support website updates, landing page creation, and user experience optimisation.</li>
	<li>Develop and deploy email marketing and automation workflows.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce compelling digital content.</li>
	<li>Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROI.</li>
</ul>

 

2. AI-Driven Productivity &amp; Innovation

<ul>
	<li>Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, content generators, scheduling automations, simple AI workflows) to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve campaign output.</li>
	<li>Apply AI to support tasks such as copy generation, content ideation, keyword suggestions, data interpretation, and workflow automation.</li>
	<li>Continuously explore and recommend new AI platforms or features that can support marketing, reporting, and operational efficiency.</li>
	<li>Contribute to building a culture of digital innovation, sharing AI tips and best practices with the team.</li>
</ul>

 

3. Traditional Marketing (Secondary Scope)

<ul>
	<li>Assist with production of print collateral such as brochures, posters, in-store visuals, and catalogues.</li>
	<li>Support brand campaigns across out-of-home platforms.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with external vendors for traditional media production and printing.</li>
</ul>

 

4. Events &amp; Activation Support (As Needed)

<ul>
	<li>Assist with planning and execution of pop-ups, roadshows, media events, influencer engagements, and store activations.</li>
	<li>Provide pre-event and post-event marketing support including publicity and social coverage.</li>
	<li>Manage logistical elements such as venue liaison, run-downs, and collateral preparation.</li>
</ul>

 

5. Market Research &amp; Strategy

<ul>
	<li>Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor behaviour, and strategic opportunities.</li>
	<li>Support the development of integrated campaign strategies.</li>
</ul>

 

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

<ul>
	<li>Work closely with design, sales, project management, and external agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns.</li>
	<li>Engage with clients (where relevant) to gather briefs, present ideas, and provide campaign updates.</li>
