	<li>Manage the subcontractor billing process, including verifying invoices against work completed and contractual terms.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with Project Manager and other stakeholders to verify the completion of work and approve General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices.</li>
	<li>Maintain a well-organized and accessible record of General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices, contracts, change orders, and related documents.</li>
	<li>Continuously monitor project expenditures, comparing them to the budget and identifying any cost overruns or discrepancies.</li>
	<li>Analyze budget variances to understand the reasons behind cost overruns or savings.</li>
	<li>Maintain and organize project documents, including drawings, blueprints, specifications, contracts, and permits.</li>
	<li>Monitor progress against project timelines and assist in adjusting schedules as needed.</li>
	<li>Handles estimate, proposals, and quotation for value engineering works.</li>

Office Engineer

	<li>Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.</li>
	<li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.</li>
	<li>Developing leads and referrals.</li>
	<li>Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with brokers to increase sales opportunities.</li>
	<li>Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.</li>
	<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.</li>
	<li>Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and broker performance summaries.</li>
