This spans from using only renewable or recycled materials to free-lifetime repairs to the launch of Re_Work - a limited run of used but fully restored garments.

The role will provide administrative support across all aspects of production and development.

<ul>
	<li>Owning all aspects of our ERP, Zedonk – entering new styles &amp; raw materials, raising orders for fabric, trims &amp; finished goods. Booking in all items. Maintaining inventory levels.</li>
	<li>Updating internal WIP sheets &amp; other documents with all required data</li>
	<li>Checking invoices match purchase orders</li>
	<li>Liaison with suppliers to ensure orders are placed &amp; delivery dates are maintained, communication of information back to team</li>
	<li>Logistics – organising sample and bulk shipments with couriers and freight fowarders, raising customs documentation, liaison with warehouse</li>
	<li>Preparing monthly reports for returned product</li>
	<li>Maintaining sustainability records with suppliers</li>

The Social Media &amp; Personal Assistant will combine social media management and administrative support for the founder. We’re looking for someone organized, creative, and eager to learn about design-focused digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

	<li>Strategy &amp; Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies to showcase our work and increase brand engagement.</li>
	<li>Content Creation &amp; Scheduling: Design and schedule visually appealing posts, including before-and-after transformations.</li>
	<li>Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing techniques.</li>
	<li>Engagement* Respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries.</li>
	<li>Campaigns: Create social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations.</li>
</ul>

Client &amp; Outreach Coordination

<ul>
	<li>Client Relations: Act as the primary contact with clients, ensuring positive relationships.</li>
	<li>Portfolio &amp; Brochures: Update our website portfolio and create brochures/PDFs for clients.</li>
	<li>Media Outreach: Reach out to online publications and media outlets for brand exposure.</li>
	<li>Influencer Partnerships: Research and coordinate with YouTube influencers and collaborators.</li>
</ul>

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Admin Support: Manage schedules, set up meetings, and help organize projects.</li>
	<li>Project Coordination: Monitor timelines and assist in keeping tasks on track.</li>
	<li>Follow-Up: Check in on pending tasks and ensure key objectives are met.</li>
</ul>

Creative Support

<ul>
	<li>Graphic Design &amp; Visual Content: Assist in creating basic design elements for social media using graphic design tools (experience in Canva or similar tools is helpful but not required).</li>
	<li>Video Content: Create short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, highlighting design transformations.</li>
	<li>Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, and ways to showcase our projects.</li>
