	<li>Research and stay updated on latest and emerging technologies related to the Company’s products and services.</li>
	<li>Research and understand the applicability of (1) to the Company’s products and services, and champion necessary innovations within the Company to take advantage of said latest and emerging technologies.</li>
	<li>Meet with new and current customers and stakeholders (both internal and external) to better establish understanding of their various challenges and explore and eventually provide possible solutions to said challenges.</li>
	<li>Prove the feasibility (technical and financial) of proposed solutions through the development and presentation of proofs-of-concept and feasibility studies.</li>
	<li>Train and mentor software engineers in the implementation of technical solutions.</li>
	<li>Propose updates to technical stack and technical standards of the organization and</li>
	<li>projects, whenever applicable.</li>
	<li>Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based or traditional (ie. on premises)</li>
	<li>infrastructure to be used either internally or by customers.</li>
	<li>Design and implement manual and automated deployment processes.</li>
	<li>Lead the optimization of existing and future infrastructure for cost, stability, and security.</li>
	<li>Help develop project budget and implementation plans based on proposed technical</li>
	<li>solutions.</li>
	<li>Alongside the VP for Technology, assist in overseeing and management of project</li>
	<li>implementations and ensure that they are within budget and schedule.</li>

Public Relations Planning and Execution

<ul>
	<li>Implement the company’s public relations plans to strengthen visibility, manage reputation, and promote corporate and regional initiatives.</li>
	<li>Develop PR programs, campaigns, and content calendars in coordination with the Corporate Communications Head and aligned with business priorities.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely production and dissemination of press releases, media advisories, success stories, feature articles, and other earned media content.</li>
</ul>

Media Relations and Story Placement

<ul>
	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key national and regional media outlets, editors, reporters, bloggers, and government information officers.</li>
	<li>Identify media opportunities and proactively pitch stories, interviews, and features that showcase the company’s projects, programs, and impact.</li>
	<li>Monitor and respond to media queries and coordinate interview preparations, including talking points, media briefs, and event coverage.</li>
</ul>

Regional PR Oversight and Coordination

<ul>
	<li>Supervise and guide Regional PR Specialists in and executing localized PR initiatives.</li>
	<li>Ensure that regional stories and milestones are effectively captured, documented, and pitched to appropriate media outlets.</li>
	<li>Provide editorial review and quality assurance on regional press releases and content before release.</li>
</ul>

Reputation and Issues Monitoring

<ul>
	<li>Track media coverage, public sentiment, and potential issues affecting the company’s reputation.</li>
	<li>Prepare regular PR reports, media monitoring summaries, and insights for the Corporate Communications Head and management.</li>
	<li>Flag emerging issues and recommend proactive PR actions or responses.</li>
</ul>

 

Crisis Communication Execution

<ul>
	<li>Support the Corporate Communications Head during crisis situations by coordinating media messaging and monitoring media response.</li>
</ul>

 

 

Team Leadership and Development

<ul>
	<li>Provide direction, guidance, and mentoring to Regional PR Specialists to ensure the team’s professional growth and capacity building.</li>
</ul>

Others

<ul>
	<li>Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.</li>
