Universal BPR is a community bank founded in 2003 by Kaman Siboro and Stephen Satyahadi - two individuals with more than 30 years of experience in banking sector. The bank is engaged in the provision of loan, saving and deposit to individuals and SMEs. For lending segment, the current ticket size is ranging from 100 million to 10 billion rupiah per customer.

Universal BPR group currently operates 13 branches located in 11 cities of Indonesia.

Universal BPR is registered and regulated by OJK (financial services authority) and is a member of LPS (deposit insurance)

	<li>Lead and oversee operational audits related to the opening of savings and deposit accounts, ensuring full compliance with KYC and internal SOPs</li>
	<li>Supervise and verify the transaction call-back process to detect anomalies, mitigate fraud risks, and ensure data integrity</li>

	<li>Memasarkan produk kredit pada calon debitur</li>
	<li>Menganalisa, memastikan calon debitur sesuai dengan target market dan dapat diproses lebih lanjut.</li>
	<li>Membuat Proposal Kredit.</li>
	<li>Melakukan proses kredit sesuai dengan koridor dan SLA yang ditentukan.</li>
	<li>Mengelola debitur yang ada serta mengembangkan referral dari debitur existing</li>
	<li>Mengevaluasi kondisi kualitas debitur (portofolio kredit, usaha, agunan), termasuk monitoring aging tunggakan.</li>
	<li>Melakukan penagihan (desk collection, dan kunjungan) atas angsuran kredit.</li>
	<li>Membuat dan melakukan Rencana Tindak Lanjut pada debitur bermasalah.</li>

Relationship Manager SME Jabodetabek Area

	<li>End-to-End Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and execute content plans across the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).</li>
	<li>Content Agency Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to liaise, direct, and collaborate seamlessly with external agencies for regular content production</li>
	<li>Content Production &amp; Copywriting: Produce creative content and write compelling copy for various formats, including social media captions and long-form articles. Conduct article audits to ensure quality and relevance.</li>
	<li>Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and visual identity.</li>
	<li>Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and identify fresh content opportunities.</li>
