The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Talent and Development team you engage in recruitment and talent acquisition activities, adapting to various client and team dynamics. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. 	<li>Support the Head of HR in formulating and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals</li>
	<li>Assist in monitoring and supporting the achievement of team KPIs to help maintain high performance standards</li>
	<li>Contribute to data-driven HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance tracking</li>
	<li>Take the lead on day-to-day recruitment efforts—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection with relevant teams</li>
	<li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet evolving hiring needs</li>
	<li>Stay updated on recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience</li>
	<li>Support employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially</li>
	<li>Help promote a positive workplace culture by organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and coworking days</li>
	<li>Assist in the communication and enforcement of HR policies and protocols, ensuring alignment with labor laws and internal standards</li>
