Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead a team of network engineers (L1) to ensure round-the-clock on-site support (24/7/365) for IT network and system continuity
- Supervise the maintenance and the monitoring of the container terminal operational IT network (wired & wireless networks)
- Supervise the maintenance and the monitoring of the Enterprise Mobile Computers, specifically Android-based Vehicle Mount Terminals (VMTs)
- Develop proactive strategies for identifying and addressing potential network and system performance issues
- Review and approve incident logs and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure prompt response to on-site incidents by the team to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Compile reports related to tower conditions in the field
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimal D3/S1 Mechanical Engineer, Telecommunication Engineer, Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or any similar degree
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the same role
- Able to communicate in English
- Have the ability to master the Networking and Computer Operating System (Windows)
- Good troubleshooting/analysis/problem identification skills
- Don't afraid of heights
