Graphic Designer Lead  

We are looking for a highly agile and proactive Assistant Team Leader for our Multimedia Artist team. The ideal candidate is both a strong individual contributor and an emerging leader who can mentor and manage Multimedia Artists, manage workloads, and help ensure high-quality and timely multimedia delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years solid experience in 2D animation and/or graphic design (Multimedia Arts) who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities involving people management, team development, operational coordination, and issue resolution.

The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing creative production work with leadership and coordination responsibilities.

• Lead and support a team of Multimedia Artists.
• Provide formal people management, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members.
• Help grow the technical and soft skills of Multimedia Artists through feedback, training, and structured guidance.
• Provide creative direction to design and animation tasks, as needed.
• Perform design and animation quality control checks.
• Assist in workload planning, traffic management, and balancing of resources across accounts.
• Own and help resolve internal and external escalations in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and output quality.
• Participate in creative production work such as but not limited to:
  • Digital design
  • Print design
  • 2D animation and explainer videos
  • Design review
  • Other Multimedia-related creative work
• Provide work estimates and regular progress updates.
• Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members as needed.
• While the role is mostly work from home, the successful candidate should have the ability to travel to Metro Manila for occasional face-to-face client meetings or team meetings around 1 to 3 times per quarter.

• At least 3 years experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or 2D animation in either a professional or freelance capacity.
• Proven experience in handling or mentoring team members, whether in a professional setting or through university extracurricular leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
• Strong background in layout design and 2D animation using Adobe.
• Has creative conceptualization ability as well as technical execution capability.
• Able to translate complex information into easy-to-understand visual designs, layouts, and infographics.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide timely updates and feedback.
• Able to multitask and gracefully handle pressure and shifting priorities.
• Has the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Willing to learn additional multimedia tools and technologies as needed.
• Work Experience: 3 years and above
