Nurse Home Visit  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site services (in the Jabodetabek area) in accordance with nursing care standards.
2. If there is no visitation schedule, the nurse will perform administrative tasks such as entering ICD codes, verifying doctor’s STR, or other administrative activities as needed by the team/department.

While providing on-site services:

• Provide basic nursing care
• Perform anamnesis and physical examinations according to nursing competency standards
• Forward the examination results to the doctor
• Receive, record, and carry out the doctor’s instructions
• Explain the doctor’s instructions/advice to the patient
• Document nursing care
• Provide health education to patients

1. Provide daily/weekly work reports to the head of the department.
2. Collaborate with other professionals.
3. Provide service excellence according to the company’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan)
• Active STR (Nurse Registration Certificate)
• Willing to create a SIP (Practice License) at Alodokter (Klinik Utama Java)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical work experience
• Own a motor vehicle and a valid SIM C (Motorcycle License)
