- Supplier Identification & Evaluation ; identify potential suppliers for new materials, components & packaging in line with NPD requirements, conduct market research to explore new sourcing opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, evaluate supplier capabilities, quality systems & compliance with company standards.
- Supplier Management & Development ; coordinate supplier qualification & onboarding process, maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability, flexibility & continuous improvement.
- Cost & Negotiation ; obtain & analyze quotations to support cost analysis and project budgeting, negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost competitiveness without compromising quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration ; work closely with NPD team to align sourcing activities with product development timelines, support sample sourcing in collaboration with R&D, provide timely updates on supplier status, lead times and risk mitigation plans.
- Documentation & Reporting ; maintain sourcing databases, supplier records & price lists, prepare sourcing reports, cost comparisons & supplier performance summaries, ensure compliance with internal procurement policies & ethical sourcing standards.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement is preferred, especially in fresh and frozen product categories
- Experience in vendor management, supplier coordination, and procurement processes will be an advantage
- Have a strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of sourcing processes and supplier management
- Familiar with materials, packaging, or component sourcing for product development
- Strong communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
