Software Developer Lead  

• Lead a team of software developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of top-notch software solutions.
• Focus primarily on hands-on coding, while managing team activities.
• Collaborate closely with other teams, stakeholders, and clients to delineate project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, offering technical guidance and assistance to the team.
• Tackle technical obstacles and devise inventive solutions for intricate issues. Effectively manage team resources, ensuring optimal allocation and usage.

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Mathematics / Physics / Science and Technology from reputable university
• Min. 2 years experiences as Lead and 5 years experiences as Software Developer
• Mastery of various programming languages and technologies essential to the company's projects.
• Have knowledge & experience in using C# and .NET is a plus.
• Willing to fully working on site from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.

Deep understanding and experience in developing applications that intensively use :

• Database Transactions
• Isolation Levels (read committed, snapshot, etc)
• Locking and Blocking in Transactions
• Preventing Deadlocks
• Secure Connection Strings for Database Connections
