- Identify and source luxury furniture & home improvement materials that align with market trends and customer demands
- Negotiate with international suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and exclusivity
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends
- Evaluate the financial feasibility of product selections (pricing, margins, and sales potential)
- Ensure product specifications meet company standards for quality and aesthetic appeal
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee contract negotiations
- Monitor product delivery – from supplier deployment to final customer arrival
- Work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, marketing, and logistics
- Stay updated on the latest furniture & home improvement trends
- Utilize spreadsheets & data management tools to track inventory, orders, and financials
Kualifikasi Minimum
- MUST be fluent in Mandarin & English (oral & written) – Essential for supplier negotiations
- Financial acumen – Ability to evaluate product profitability & worth
- Strong sense of luxury & aesthetics – Ability to curate high-end products
- Excellent negotiation & supplier management skills
- Understanding of furniture specs, home improvement materials, and manufacturing
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable with digital sourcing tools, automation softwares, spreadsheets, and data analysis
- Detail-oriented – Ensuring accuracy in product sourcing, financials, and logistics
- Capable of working independently & cross-functionally – Balancing autonomy with teamwork
- Willing to travel internationally to survey and source products
