Primarily responsible in the effective and efficient facilitation of parts ordering, parts inventory and analysis of fast and slow moving parts as well as stock levels in accordance with prescribed guidelines and standards and in compliance with Autohub, Company and Plant/Manufacturer policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitates the processing of parts and accessories order in accordance with the guidelines and standards in parts ordering
- Monitors and updates status of parts ordered/ claims on required parts ordering system/ monitoring database
- Updates/ monitors the following parts and accessories inventory/ details thru the required Dealer Management System/ Database in accordance to the guidelines and standards
- Facilitates/ supports the conduct of regular and periodic parts inventory count and parts condition analysis as instructed by his/her immediate head and in partnership with Audit department
- Ensures that all updates and changes in parts and accessories details are properly coordinated with warehouseman for updating of bin cards and parts location.
Education: Any four year Business related course
Work Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience
