We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our client’s outbound shipments, 3PL execution, and transportation tracking for their growing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong logistics support experience—particularly in coordinating shipments to major retailers and managing 3PL partners.
You will work closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of products to customers such as Target, Walmart, UNFI, KeHE, Amazon, and other retail networks.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments with carriers, 3PLs, and retailer distribution centers.
- Ensure all outbound shipments comply with retailer routing guides and customer requirements.
- Assign carriers based on shipping method, service level, cost, and timeline.
- Prepare and distribute shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, pallet labels, ASNs, etc.).
- Validate pallet configurations, TI/HI, seal requirements, labeling, and packaging standards before shipment.
3PL & Warehouse Execution
- Serve as the daily operational point of contact for all 3PL outbound activities.
- Release orders, provide routing instructions, and ensure accurate pick/pack/stage execution.
- Monitor fulfillment progress and proactively resolve issues such as shorts, mispicks, or delays.
- Verify on-time carrier arrival, pickup confirmations, trailer seals, and complete handoff documentation.
- Support transfer orders, inventory movements, and replenishment between facilities.
Carrier Management & Transportation Tracking
- Coordinate with parcel, LTL, FTL, and regional carriers for reliable and timely service.
- Track outbound shipments and communicate real-time status updates internally and externally.
- Investigate delivery exceptions (missed pickups, delays, OS&D issues) and work with carriers to resolve.
- Assist with freight claims, chargebacks, and compliance documentation.
Documentation, Compliance & Routing Requirements
- Maintain updated routing guides for all customers and ensure shipment compliance.
- Support EDI accuracy for logistics files (e.g., 856 ASNs, 810 invoices, shipment updates).
- Keep accurate and organized shipment records, PODs, BOLs, tracking logs, and audit files.
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Update daily/weekly dashboards, carrier reports, OTIF metrics, and fulfillment KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, or risks and escalate or resolve promptly.
- Assist in improving SOPs for routing, order releases, carrier handoffs, and appointment scheduling.
- Support freight cost tracking, rate comparisons, and carrier performance reviews.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2–4 years of logistics, outbound coordination, or 3PL/warehouse support experience (CPG or retail fulfillment a plus).
- Strong understanding of routing guides, BOL preparation, ASNs, OTIF metrics, and retailer logistics requirements.
- Experience with parcel, LTL, FTL, and regional carrier coordination.
- Familiarity with 3PL operations, WMS/TMS systems, and EDI transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams, warehouses, and carrier partners.
- Proactive problem-solver with a process-improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift (Philippine time) to support US-based clients.
