PPIC Officer  

PPIC - Material Control

• Ensure material availability aligns with production plans
• Monitor stock levels (raw materials, WIP, supporting materials) to prevent overstock and shortages
• Coordinate with purchasing on material requirements and deliveries
• Calculate material needs based on BoM and production plans
• Oversee warehouse material movement and maintain inventory accuracy
• Analyze stock discrepancies and conduct regular stock counts
• Ensure efficient and standard-compliant material usage

PPIC - Production Planning

• Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity
• Ensure production execution meets scheduled timelines
• Analyze machine and manpower capacity to support smooth operations
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing to ensure material readiness
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain workflow
• Monitor production progress to meet output and delivery targets
• Prepare regular reports on production plans vs. actual performance
• Support stock accuracy and inventory control activities such as Stock Opname

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills for working across teams and departments.
