- Event Management Process: Successfully navigate through event phases, from initial Conceptualization and detailed Planning to seamless Coordination, effective Promotion, meticulous Execution, and thorough Evaluation for continuous improvement.
- Side Event Management: Strategically develop Side Events, ensuring thoughtful Concept Development, seamless Planning & Integration, meticulous Resource Allocation, engaging Promotion & Engagement, flawless Execution, and responsive Feedback & Improvement for enhanced participant experience
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3), Bachelor's (S1), or equivalent degree in Communication Science, MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition), or International Relations, preferably from the University of Pertamina.
- Individuals with Project-Based experience at Dyandra Promosindo are highly encouraged to apply.
- Digital Literacy and Social Media
- Ability to think creatively and critically to contribute innovative ideas.
- Have an excellent time management skills.
- MS Office Proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently in the execution of tasks.
- Fluent in English, both in oral communication and written correspondences.
