- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including issue logs, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
- Ensuring all project-related documents are neatly stored, organized, and accessible to the team.
- Managing the archiving of project files, such as shop drawings and contracts.
- Assisting the project manager in managing projects from start to finish.
- Monitoring project schedules and ensuring all stages are completed on time.
- Supporting the compilation and oversight of project budgets and expenditures.
- Maintaining effective communication with project team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing notes.
- Preparing project reports and updating project management on progress.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Handling clerical tasks such as managing invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
- Assisting with site surveys and client relations when needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree preferably from IT, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field
- Experienced 3 years as a Project Admin, Project Administrator, or IT Admin.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and PowerPoint.
- Able to use Visio, Draw io, or Canva for IT architecture documentation and design.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
