Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain filing and documentation systems.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails.
- Provide administrative support to the team and management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English especially written.
