- Coordinate and control all production and distribution activities within the operational unit to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and SLAs
- Lead and supervise the operational teams to achieve performance targets and business objective
- Act as a representative of management in communications and maintain productive relationships with external partners, including clients or vendors
- Participate in the development, improvement, implementation of SOP for production and distribution processes, and promoting consistency and quality in operations
- Address operational issues and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or related field
- Have a minimum of 7-10 years experience in operations management, preferably in IT or Financial Technology
- Extensive experience with EDC machines, POS systems, or field service operations, company policies, planning, calculations and strategies
- Familiar with field work, accustomed to handling customers, both companies and individuals (banks, partner companies, other related agencies, shops/merchants and technicians)
- In-depth understanding of operational workflows, SLA adherence, and performance metrics, also able to executing operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Adept at managing relationships and be a good mediator with internal parties/stakeholder to supervise and provide solutions and external parties (clients and merchants)
- Able to work effectively under pressure both internally and externally, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Effective at resolving both micro and macro-level operational challenges
- Strong ability to in leading, managing, drive large teams performance, communicating and collaborating.
