Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for assessing business initiatives and coming up with solutions in the form of functional specification. Their duties include analyzing process flow, product/feature research and strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the banking industry.
Familiar with Open API, banking systems, and banking products.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies including user story writing, user acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, grooming, and other scrum ceremonies.
Good technical knowledge with the ability to understand system integration, technical logic, and basic IT concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
High adaptability, self-starter, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational, management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passion for solving customer problems with a can-do attitude.
