- Gather, analyze, and document business, system, and regulatory requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRD/FSD, User Stories, and Process Flow documentation.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, risk, operations, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support regulatory, compliance, risk management, and governance-related initiatives.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, banking regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scenario preparation, requirement validation, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Assist in project delivery, change requests, and enhancement initiatives related to regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Regulatory Business Analyst.

Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Experience collaborating with business, compliance, risk, operations, and IT stakeholders.

Knowledge of banking processes, regulatory compliance, KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, or Transaction Monitoring is preferred.
