- Identify and generate B2B leads (companies, offices, villas, boarding houses, apartments, and hotels) to meet partnership acquisition targets.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone to build relationships, introduce products, and establish initial connections.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients, analyze their needs, and provide tailored solutions through service offerings.
- Negotiate and persuade potential clients to achieve partnership agreements.
- Prepare and complete legal documents such as partnership quotations and other administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the partnership process and service scheduling run smoothly and in accordance with procedures.
- Prepare reports in line with standard requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills
- At least 1 year of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus)
- Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented
- Tech Savvy and willing to canvassing
