- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales targets from conception to evaluation. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning, ensure consistent messaging, and maintain brand identity. Plan and implement sales programs and promotions aligning with the marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and calculate ROI. Track and evaluate KPIs such as sales growth, recruitment rate, activation rate, and retention rate.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, campaign toolkits, and communication assets. Work closely with creative team to ensure visuals effectively communicate product features and campaign messages.
- Organize and execute campaign and community events, aligning to the marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign activation (such as;product launches and promotional calendars, etc) ensuring timely execution and strong market impact. Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager on campaign & promotions plan development
- Collaborate closely with creative, training, and regional teams to align campaign & promotion activation Supervise and mentor Junior Marketing Executive providing clear guidance and constructive feedback. Work with external team, vendors or agencies when required, ensuring alignment with overall brand direction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in MLM / Retail / FMCG / Beauty Industry (2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role are preferred)
- Proven experience in leading & execute campaign management, sales program development, and event execution Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer brands are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of MLM business model, distributor behavior, and incentive structure are preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines. Experience supervising, mentoring, or reviewing the work of Junior Marketing Executives; Comfortable coordinating with cross departments, external vendors, agencies, or production partners when required. Basic understanding of budgeting
