Business Analyst  

Job Description:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process improvements

• Conduct data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, and Marketing

• Identify business problems and propose effective solutions based on data and research

• Create business process flows, reports, and documentation

• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives

• Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization initiatives

• Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and performance reports for management

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders

• Ensure business requirements are clearly communicated to technical teams

• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to support business strategies

• Maintain accurate project and business documentation

• Assist in change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirement:

• Has experience at least 3 years as Business Analyst (Insurance/Banking)

• Preferable have experience working in Insurance and/or Banking industry

• Handle project Chatbot / AI/ CRM / Customer care Salesforce

• Experience in making project documentation

• Familiar with SDLC

• Good communication (written & verbal) in English

• Strong analytical and planning skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills
