Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews.

Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies.

Design and execute competency-based assessments to ensure candidate suitability.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions.

Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Monitor and assess industry best practices in talent management and branding.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Pyschology / Human Resources, Min GPA 3.00

Minimum of 1 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or talent management.

Fresh graduate with related internship experience able to apply

Strong knowledge of assessment tools and talent evaluation techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
