- Creating Project Documentation (Timeline, Pre-CoM Slides, CoM Slides)
- Creating Reminders of Scope of Work that will Expire Maintenance to Internal
- Delegating Work Effectively
- Coordinating with Internal Teams and Customers
- Resolving Emerging Issues
- Managing Documentation and Reports
- Ensuring Stakeholder Satisfaction
- Ensuring All Project Data is Logged into Gdrive
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experienced in project documentation preparation (timeline, Pre-CoM/CoM slides, reports).
- Skilled in maintenance project management, including tracking contract periods and renewal schedules.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (GDrive, Sheets, Slides, Docs) and other project management tools.
- Familiar with IT infrastructure or solution delivery processes.
