- Coordinate and monitor HR operational expenses, including invoicing, tax documentation, and budget tracking.
- Maintain and update the employee database (new hires, active employees, and terminations) as well as company records and archives.
- Administer employee insurance programs, including registration, monitoring, claims handling, and coordination with providers.
- Support the implementation of internal and external employee-related events
- Handle administrative processes related to Human Capital operations in accordance with company policies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to use Canva and create data-driven infographics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with internal/database systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of BPJS, employee insurance, and labor law is an advantage.
- High level of integrity with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and high attention to detail.
