Fullstack Engineer (INA)  

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack solutions from UI to API, databases, and deployment.
• Develop Proofs of Concept (PoC) and transform them into production-ready applications.
• Continuously validate and refine solutions based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure reliability and scalability using CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and best-practice architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners and domain experts to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering full-stack solutions from PoC to production.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Expertise in Python and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership over deliverables.

  Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of professional working experience.
• Proven track record in building and delivering full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud architecture, DevOps tools, and development best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
