Talent Manager  

We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing and managing our roster of talented podcasters. This role involves scouting new talent, managing guest appearances, and coordinating schedules to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and passionate about the podcasting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Scouting: Identify and recruit promising podcasters and guests who align with our brand and content goals.
• Guest Management: Coordinate guest appearances, including invitations, scheduling, and pre-appearance preparations.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and manage recording schedules for podcasters and guests to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with podcasters, guests, and industry professionals.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure talent is aligned with content goals.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle contracts, agreements, and other related documentation for talent and guest engagements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in talent management, coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
• Knowledge of the podcasting industry, trends, and audience preferences.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools for scheduling and task management (e.g., Google Calendar, project management software).
