- Plan and implement day-to-day Accounting & Disbursement finance functions, including order management and invoicing, with Accounting & Disbursement report creation and review.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual Accounting & Disbursement reports - must be done on a timely manner
- Conduct Accounting & Disbursement analysis to provide recommendations to the function head
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Not required but good to have: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the IT / Shared Service industry
- At least 3 years experience in Accounting & Disbursement analysis
- Proficient / Expert in Google Sheets and data processing
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software and Google workspace.
