Medical Operations  

As a member of the Medical Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient deployment and scheduling of healthcare professionals (HCPs) across our partner facilities. You will also support recruitment, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives, helping maintain high-quality service and workforce satisfaction.

This role is flexible in scope and can be tailored based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily deployment and scheduling of HCPs to maintain optimal staffing levels in partner healthcare facilities.
• Actively source, recruit, screen, and onboard full-time and reliever HCPs to fill short or long term vacancies
• Track and monitor HCP attendance and shift coverage performance.
• Handle HCP concerns via various communication channels and escalate them to the appropriate internal or client department when needed.
• Review and process completed reliever shifts for payment scheduling.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, including telechecks, interviews and other operations-related duties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Medical-related degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (preferrably in a BPO setting)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills
