Position Overview
We are hiring Card Operations Officer to support credit and debit card operations. This role encompasses key functions including processing new card applications, operational services, financial processing, chargebacks, and debit card services. Training will begin with a focus on New Card Applications, then gradually expand to areas such as unsecured loans, limit increases, balance transfers, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Process New Card Applications accurately and in accordance with SOPs.
- Support operational card services including limit change requests, balance transfers, etc.
- Process financial transactions related to cards (e.g., billing, payments, refunds).
- Handle chargeback cases and card settlements per company procedures.
- Coordinate with other teams (e.g., risk, finance, customer service) to resolve operational issues.
- Learn and master SME-level domain knowledge in unsecured credit, chargebacks, and card settlement after stabilizing in initial tasks.
- Report operational findings or anomalies to supervisors for further action.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations, fintech, or credit/debit card processing (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English (active English preferred).
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure with high targets.
- Willing to undergo phased internal training as per company roadmap.
Have experience in:
- Unsecured credit / no-collateral lending
- Chargeback handling and card settlement
- Portfolio processing (limit increase, balance transfer, etc.)
- Previous employment at a financial institution or financing company handling credit/debit card products.
- Familiarity with OJK regulations regarding credit and debit cards.
