- Performance Management and Reporting. Track sales KPIs, revenue, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and win/loss ratios.
- QPIPE, S3P, and Invoice Tab Management. Assist in maintaining and monitoring the applications in coordination with the ISU team.
- Sales Enablement Support. Ensure the sales team is updated with new products, sales pitches, presentation materials, and decks.
- Data Analysis and Insights. Analyze raw sales data and generate actionable insights, including identifying top-performing segments, customer trends, and bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
- Cross-Functional Alignment. Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on targets, messaging, and processes.
- Forecasting and Revenue Operations Support. Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure end-to-end revenue visibility and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or any related course.
- At least two (2) years of professional experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, presentation tools, and research tools.
- Knowledgeable in sales forecasting and pipeline analytics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a professional work ethic.
- Knowledge in enterprise sales coordination and operational excellence.
