- Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate and engage suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices.
- Tender Management: Coordinate tender processes, analyze bids and recommend awards.
- Contract Administration: Develop, manage and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Streamline logistics, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage procurement budgets, track expenses and identify savings opportunities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, laws and regulations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, analyzing impact on procurement strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, providing procurement expertise.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare procurement reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business or related field.
- Min. 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
